Two times a week for 10 Weeks
These sessions are perfect for those who are looking for training that is focussed on the proper technical training on day one combined with a modified 4v4 competition day on day two. Athletes will continue to work on correct footwork and arm-work. They will participate in game play that will help them prepare to participate on a Youth Club Volleyball team in December/January.
