Summer 2024
We are planning on offering three different programs over the summer. All summer programming will occur outdoors(weather permitting) and be played on grass or beach volleyball courts. Since we are trying to provide as many training/competition days as possible, we are unable to have “make up days due to weather”.

Sessions will be SAQ training, Jump(plyo) training, Individual Volleyball Skills training with possible "game like "competitions”

Sessions will begin the week of July8 and run through to August 28, 2024.

GRASS VOLLEYBALL TRAIN/PLAY We will be offering Grass Volleyball train/Play - open to Boys and Girls from Gr45 to U18+. Multiple Volleyball courts will be used to allow training to be provided at appropriate competition levels rather than purely by age.

Grass volleyball is as close to indoor volleyball but allows athletes to spend time enjoying being outdoors rather than being indoors during the summer months.Training will be set up to allow for proper technical development of Volleyball Skills, while also allowing an opportunity to learn in game-like play.

Our Grass Volleyball Train/Play will be run on Mondays from July 8 - August 26, 2024. 8 sessions over the Summer

  • Two time slots will be running each Monday

  • 500-615 pm - Beginners(Gr45 with no experience to U14 athletes - Max 16 athletes) & Intermediate(Gr45 who have participated in our Winter training to U14 athletes who have some exposure to organized volleyball and possess a fundamental control of Bump, Set, or Spike - Max 16 athletes) These sessions will be about 50/50 train & play.
